Ordered BBQ parts online with them June 30th and after recieveing 3 confermation emails from them no parts. I have tried calling 4 times and have been put on hold 4 times for up too 49 minutes before giving up. Have tried their other # that I got off their web and it is always busy. Have email'ed them 4 times and have not recieved a reply once.

All this after waiting 4 months for them to get the parts back in from back order. Have gave up trying to get them and have cancelled transaction with bank and turned to our Attorney General's Office and filed a complaint.

Would not do business with this company nor would I buy any products from them.
