I received a coupon for a free 8x10 photo at Charles Nguyen through the Houston Bridal Extravaganza, another phony company. My fiance and I took the photograph and at first when we visited the website we noticed that the photos were horrible! My fiance's sister is a pro-photographer and we just took this because it was free.
Well a few times of traveling out there to see the photos I picked the one I liked and they said they would call me. They never did. I am still to get my photograph. I tried to call them and they would not answer the phone. There is a language barrier as well that prohibits decent communication.

Obviously, Rip Off Report only cares about hurting the credibility of others. This report needs to be removed. I posted it when I misunderstood the services of the photographer and they are not guilty of the things I said they were. Please remove this.

It's not a rip off because you didn't have to pay for it. It's just that they didn't honor their promise in the coupon, but im sure there's some fine print on that coupon too =]
