Joy Pools Would say anything to get you to sign, or to shut you up after you sign Ripoff Lake Dallas Texas

After we signed on the line, Joy pools completely left us out of the loop. I had to call them to schedule tile and coping (they had already picked a color for us). After we picked it out, they installed the wrong flagstone.

After they busted that out and replaced it, they again put the wrong stone on the steps again having to replace that.

Our "really friendly" salesperson told us we weren't his concern anymore and to contact someone else with problems. Most of the time, you'd have to leave a message.

During the process, workers broke a pressure washer of mine, pulled my waterhose holder off the wall, used an antique bench in the backyard for a sawhorse and killed a shrub in the front flowerbed.

This is where it gets really fun... after all this, Terry, the construction foreman told me he'd fix all these things (he did replace the shrub and hose hanger) and even take care of the extra sod needed to fill in grass around the pool. (They were contractually obligated to replace the sod from the street to the pool). 3 months later I get a LATE PAYMENT notice from the sod company.

I didn't even know who put the sod down in my yard and now I was being charged a LATE FEE from them. I called Joy pools and they said they'd look into it. I never heard back from them (very typical during the entire process). 2 months later I received a letter from Dan's Landscaping telling me he was going to take me to court, report this to 3 credit agencies and charge me court costs for THEFT.

Having a pool installed is a headache. Having a JOY POOL put in is the headache that just keeps on hurting.
