BEWARE OF DARRELL OLLMAN. POOL INSTALLER. 603-818-1263. He cons on a daily basis. Do not hire this man for any jobs whatsoever. He is currently advertising as a pool installator, but he has also advertised as an Electrician, Plumber, Landscaper, Roofer, Paver, Contractor, etc., etc.,. He has no experience in any of these trades he is just out to steal quick cash from innocent people. Beware of the Darrell Ollman's of the world. You must check out anyone you hire for anything throughly. Do not be a victim. People like Darrell Ollman will also use many different addresses, phone numbers, names and so forth. If you cannot find anything on a person you may be interested in hiring, don't hire them. That's the first clue they are probably fictious. Don't think that's good news cause its not. Ask for identification, picture ID listing their address, etc. Ask for references. When calling a reference ask to see the work he did. If they seem to put you off - DO NOT HIRE!! Anyone can be used a reference and a good con man knows this. Ask for the trade license. If no license, DO NOT HIRE!! Ask for a Contract between yourself and the individual - if they do not provide - DO NOT HIRE!! Ask for a warranty - if they do not provide - DO NOT HIRE!! You want to see all of this before the job begins. Do not pay one dime to the individual until you are 100% completely satisfied. Even if they want money down - only give 10% down and make sure you have a written receipt and always pay by money order or bank check - do not accept their terms if they insist it must be cash. That's ridiculous. Darrell Ollman had none of these things and was still hired - a huge mistake. He got away with hundreds of dollars. Please BEWARE of this man! He is a very sick person.

BEWARE!BEWARE!BEWARE! Darrell is back on Craig's List. Using phone number 603-216-2833 and email address Handymanservices23@comcast.net. This time advertising as a Carpenter/Painter/Deck Installer under Household Services. He is professional con man and his wife Wendy Ollman is professional con woman. These people are unbelievable. A full investigation is still ongoing and he continues to place ads stating he is even licensed and he is not licensed to do any job at all. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN TO DO ANYTHING! DO NOT HIRE HIS WIFE TO DO ANYTHING! These people need to be stopped. It saddens me that they can just keep conning people out there and they have yet to be jailed. But you can count on me to see this happens. We are on our way. Read the other Update from Carolyn in Wilmington - very interesting. If anyone has ever been conned by either Wendy or Darrell Ollman please post a report or reply to either one of these postings. We will continue to update as needed.
Please watch your wallets cautiously and do not let the likes of the Ollman's clean you out.
