It seemed the planned back fired when our neighbors falsely accused of harassing them along with the many other lies & how the phenix city court judge tried to kick us out of our home didn't work!. I still live in phenix city no matter the trials and tribulations that I have faced over the last 8 years. I am still surviving.  No matter who harasses  me no matter who lies about me it just makes me a stronger person,  to fight for my rights and freedom just like my false accusers have.

My rights have been trampled on I have been treated unfairly lied about falsely accused of things,  & I still live in phenix city. I will not be forced to move out of my home it doesn't belong to no landlord to kick us out and to steal our deposit money then falsely accuse us or something.  After how my last neighbors treated us they turned agaisnt us for no reason.  We didn't do a thing to them we tried to be friendly neighbors so the hell with them.  But they didn't have to lie about us. I will always hate liars.

And kids will always pay the price threw the sins their parents have committied. They are the ones who was screaming in front of their child but we got the blame for it by the municipal court judge.  They was the ones screaming running up  and down the drive way being mad about what our false accusers was saying & they chose to believe their lies.

They don't ever win at the end and this always go in our favor.  It just makes me a stronger person when I get done wrong and unfairly mistreated but I always come out strong no matter who tried to destroy me!.

They all victims of abuse & bully victims abusers always blame the victim telling them they are mentally insane just like team rebuttal has told me on rip-off report. I often ask god why I was even born.  If he knew I was going to be rejected and despised.  My father did not provide for me.  Everyone has been mean to me forgot about me I can't even find job.  I am F****** fed up with being treated like this!.  I don't appericate people faking being nice to me,  then not speaking to me anymore.

I am fed up with being abused,  "Faselly Accused" of things I have not done.  I am so "Angered" inside that I feel like taking matters into my own hands.  And just killing somebody,  possibly getting the death pentaly or life In prison.  I am tired of of people verbally abusing me. But I can't kill anyone.  No matter how much they deserve It.

I am "TIRED" of It all!.

Charles, I am writing this to you to once again apologize for my incredibly ignorant and disgusting comments.  I have been thinking of my friend Donnie since I read the post that suggested you get a gun, and going through what we had with our very good friend  made me sick to know that I was not any kinder to you than I was.  I am ashamed, and very disappointed in myself in going that route.

Christiana,  I was pretty stunned at that post too. I am sorry to learn that you have lost a friend that way. Irritating as Charles can be, would anyone on this site be okay with driving him to suicide? I really hope not. I sometimes think that the world has become a very cold and unforgiving place. There are a few people here that could do with an injection of tolerance and kindness. When did casual cruelty become okay? Number 57---That is really going a bit too far.  A bit of razzing and poking fun is one thing, but suggesting someone to kill themselves is just plain wrong.  One of our closest friends did that.  He jumped from the roof of the power plant and what it did to his family and those of us who were his friends was shocking, to say the least.

The reason why people don't agree with me or verbal abuse me.    I never thought it would come to a point that I agreed with anything Charles posted, but I have to man up and agree with some of his last post. I agree, Charles, that you can NOT be held at fault for anything that is beyond your control. Therefore you're not to blame for the weather, the econony, me stubbing my toe, etc. However, all the things I listed in my last post are directly in your control and therefore (by your own logic) your fault. 

   Life has been tough on most if not all of us. However, most people use the tough times to prove their character. Not to blame others for the trouble. Yes, sometimes bad things happen to good people. But there's no conspiracy, there's no black cloud of doom over your head. Sometimes though people are responsible for the bad things that happen to them. It's just in your case, you refuse to admit any liability and look to the government (and therefore the taxpayers) to support you and mommy and to "make it right" by rectifting all perceived wrongs. Well welcome to reality, it doesn't work that way.

   And yes, you do have bad spelling.

I'm not at fault for anything that Is beyond my control.   There Is nothing wrong with my spelling I don't have to put up with greedy landlords who take our money and then make us move out.  I just don't put with anyone trying to take advantage of me or being mean to me.

  it's your attitude about certain things like:

1) You're never at fault

2) The world conspires against you.

3) That you have the "right" to post whatever you want but try to control what others post.

4) That anyone really cares what you do.

   It's also funny that you gave away your latest sign-in "Anonymous" by posting your usual under that name. But as explained before all we really have to do is look at grammer, spelling, word usage and attitude.

If the economy Is so bad why do I see people buying new cars.  They are very nice cars people have to be working in order to get loans from a finance company people are buying new homes here In alabama.

Anyway, since his mother lost her "nursing licence" ( like she could actually be a degreed and registered nurse. !!  A CNA is closer to the truth ), working at Walmart is most likely the only job she could get. And, as ALWAYS happens, she had an accident and was done dirty.  She's getting really good at these accidents, too.  But, fortunately, her scams are well documented.

Voiceofreason - you pointed out the key factor in uncovering Charles. He has a very distinctive vocabulary and a way of conveying himself. Also the Phenix City thing really narrows it down as well.  Although I am sure that there are alot of people in Phenix City that may read ripoffreports and submit them only Charles uses the bad spelling as well as his very own version of his interpretation of the laws.

Charles - No one hates you or spreads bad things about you here. You do that yourself.
Your best bet is to go back to school Charles. I am sure there are plenty of state and even federal programs you can apply for and get your GED if you want. If you want to use your computer for more than playing games and filing ripoff reports you should maybe check out ITunes. They have several educational podcasts that are FREE and you can download them to your computer and listen to (or watch) them (I know there are other sites as well but ITunes is that comes to mind).

Whenever you (or your immediate family) goes to buy a car or finance anything maybe take someone along with you that has a better understanding of contracts or just ask to take the contract home and have someone review it with you.

If an employee is capable of doing just a little work, Walmart automatically put these employees on light duty, such as greeters, cart  pushers, etc.

And, there is a very serious difference between "trained" and "educated". It is the Walmart way that if "certain" people stay long enough that person could move up from cart pusher to store manager without a college degree, or just a GED.
