The cluster to my car was stolen along with some other parts. I purchased a used cluster online and sent it out to MYAIRBAGS for a milage correction. They recieved the order on 6-19-13 and billed me and sent me a work order form via email. I payed with my credit card and submitted my work order form right away via fax with confirmation, I called right after and asked them to check if they got the fax, One of the representatives told me that they did and that my order was going to ship out in less than 24 hours. On 6/20 (24 hours later) I call to make sure that my order was going to ship since i needed to drive my car, even paid for one day shipping. To my surprise they told me my order hasnt even been touched because they didnt recieve the work order form smh. after I told them that i called to confirm that they have gotten it the rep tells me let me check says opps i found it we will ship out today for sure. Anyway long story short they ended up shipping my cluster back on 6/21 and when i recieved it had the same milage as I sent it out with. smh. I called again demanded to speak with a supervisor she tells me that I have to drive 4 miles so it can reset it self. I drove 70 miles and still no change and gas needle was stuck on half. After taking the cluster to a local shop they said that the nedle springs where broken due to a bad tech taking it apart the wrong way and that it was damaged beyond repair. I called them to demand my refund and they keep giving me the run around. Sent them the invoice to the new cluster Had to buy and videos and fotos of their horrible work. till this day 7/1/13 no refund and the reps are nasty. They only acted nice before collecting my payment. Didnt do my research but this company has screwed over lots of ppl.
