The cluster to my car was stolen along with some other parts. I purchased a used cluster online and sent it out to MYAIRBAGS for a milage correction. They recieved the order on 6-19-13 and billed me and sent me a work order form via email. I payed with my credit card and submitted my work order form right away via fax with confirmation, I called right after and asked them to check if they got the fax, One of the representatives told me that they did and that my order was going to ship out in less than 24 hours. On 6/20 (24 hours later) I call to make sure that my order was going to ship since i needed to drive my car, even paid for one day shipping. To my surprise they told me my order hasnt even been touched because they didnt recieve the work order form smh. after I told them that i called to confirm that they have gotten it the rep tells me let me check says opps i found it we will ship out today for sure. Anyway long story short they ended up shipping my cluster back on 6/21 and when i recieved it had the same milage as I sent it out with. smh. I called again demanded to speak with a supervisor she tells me that I have to drive 4 miles so it can reset it self. I drove 70 miles and still no change and gas needle was stuck on half. After taking the cluster to a local shop they said that the nedle springs where broken due to a bad tech taking it apart the wrong way and that it was damaged beyond repair. I called them to demand my refund and they keep giving me the run around. Sent them the invoice to the new cluster Had to buy and videos and fotos of their horrible work. till this day 7/1/13 no refund and the reps are nasty. They only acted nice before collecting my payment. Didnt do my research but this company has screwed over lots of ppl.

Customer was Robert Perez in Astoria, NY

His original cluster for a Nissan Altima 2010 was damaged and he purchased a replacement cluster with 168,309 miles.

He sent it to us for mileage correction to 69,000 miles.

Customer completed the Disclaimer Form.

We test and verify all our work.

We sent the cluster back to the customer.

Robert Perez, called on 06-24-2013 and told us he had same mileage that he sent it out with.

We asked him to place the part in the box and we will have FedEx come and pick up the part and will take care of it. Customer said he does not have time and will purchase another cluster. Does not make sense, why you would buy one if customer purchased this cluster to replace his original bad cluster.

Customer sent us pictures of the cluster that he said was damaged. No damage to the cluster. In fact the picture is taken after it installed in the vehicle and all is working perfectly.

We had to take the customers work for it, that it was damaged and he purchased a new one and did not want to us to pick it up with FedEx FREE OF CHARGE.

After a manger review, we gave customer a FUYLL REFUND on 06-27-2013.

We are commited to customer satisfaction

WHY WOULD I GO BUY A NEW CLUSTER IF YOUR COMPANY DID'NT DAMAGE THE UNIT? ATTACHED A PICTURE OF THE NEW BILL I HAD TO PAY! $160 AND YOU KNOW VERY WELL YOU GUYS TOLD ME THAT IF I SENT IT BACK TO BE REDONE I HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING ON MY OWN!! I HAD ALREADY PAID SHIPPING TO SEND IT $38 AND $38 FOR RETURN! AND THEN FOR YOU TO TRY TO REPAIR YOUR OWN MISTAKE I HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS AGAIN SO STOP LYING AND SAYING YOU OFFERED FED EX TO PICK IT UP!! AND LOSE MORE MONEY! 

 

BOTTOM LINE MY LOOSES: $160 NEW CLUSTER 

                                      $38 SHIPPING TO SEND 

                                      $38 SHIPPING TO RETURN

                                      $99 FOR WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY SERVICE.

                           TOTAL: $335

THE DAY I CALLED WAS ON 6-22-13 NOT 6-27-13 STOP LYING!! AFTER CALLING EVERY DAY AND GETTING THE BANK INVOLVED I FANILLY GOT A $99 REFUND ON 7-1-13 NOT ON 6-27-13 WILL ATTACH A PHOTO OF THE BANK CREDIT!

If your original cluster is damaged and you have replaced it with another cluster and it shows a different mileage. You can SEND IT TO MYAIRBAGS us for Mileage Correction.

You will need to sign a DISCLAIMER FORM.

If DISCLAIMER FORM is not filled out, WE WILL NOT SERVICE YOUR CLUSTER.

For mileage correction, we do not take the cluster apart, It is all done electronically.

We are unable to verify the person who made this compaint. This complaint must have been done by a competitor.

WE DO ALL MILEAGE CORRECTION ELECTRONICALLY.

So, we do not damage the clusters in the process.

You do not need to drive your vehicle for mileage to adjust. When you send the cluster to us, please use buble wrap and a good box
