1st Convenience Bank excessive fee robbery Fort Worth Texas

I have been a customer of this bank for about a year. I have paid the last overdraft fees I intend to. What a scam!!! Say you have a balance of 68.00 and you have 4 Check card debits come in the following amts. $2.08, 6.36, 15.00, & 45.00. They will charge you 33.00 for each one (total of 132.00) even though only one of the checks overdrew the acct by .44 cents.
What a ripoff!!!

They do this because most of the unfortunate customers have less than great credit and they take advantage of them. Well, this is one customer who has had enough of their repeated practices to make money of those less fortunate.

They are not the only bank out there and I for one have taken my business elsewhere. There are banks which appreciate your business and treat you with respect. Anytime I had a problem with my account. I was treated disrespectful, even once asked if I knew how to balance my acount.

My advice to anyone who is considering an account with them, DONT!!! Unless you want to give them most of your money. Seek elsewhere, there are alternatives.
I have used several branches in Euless, Bedford & Irving as well, all about the same. The one in Euless in the Walmart neighborhood market is the worst. The manager is very demeaning and has no customer service skills whatsover
