After numerous complaints were registered, along with a petition signed by 27 people, the gym manager refused to discuss the issue or give the name, address, and/or phone number of any of her superiors, the corporate office, etc.
Most members, young and old -as well as long-time members and new ones, depended on those machines, complained, and many of the employees agreed with them, with no resolution or recourse whatsoever.
Many older and disabled members with arthritic limitations DESPERATELY NEEDED 2 of the 5 machines removed, being irreplaceable to them.

24 Hour Fitness refuses to respond or do the right thing!

Management has been acting as if nothing happened. They seem to think the problem will just disappear, but it will not.
The petition (now 6 pages long) and member resentment is growing each day, as the lack of concern--and lies--on the part of 24 Hour Fitness becomes evident to everyone.
It has been reported by one outraged member, Frederika, that the 24 Hour Fitness Management has refused to even look at the petition "unless a hundred people sign it." Some members (Ross, Penny, etc.) are even going to quit by first refusing to pay their dues. They signed up because of the two best ab and back machines that were removed. (Correction: Ross already has, and joined LA Fitness.)
