5 Star Paint & Body Tony John Gomez 5 Star Paint And Body Five Star Paint & Body Liar Dishonest Fraud Scam Thief Cheated Gainesville Florida

I live in Williston,Florida and I came across this crooks ad on Craigslist.I called him up and told him that I was thinking about getting the bottom of my boat repainted and would like to get an estimate.He drove out to my house and he noticed that my car hood and trunk looked faded and asked if I was thinking about having the car painted.I told him not really at the time but maybe down the road in the future.I told him money was tight and that I really could not afford to do it right now.He then responded by sayiing he could paint the entire car and also give it a clear coat finish for only $375.00.I told him wow thats cheap and he said it also included the material in the price.I said how can he do it for such a low price and he said its because he works by himself and that he has no overhead expenses.He said if I wanted to do it at that price I needed to give him a deposit of $150.00 to lock in that price.I went to the atm because he asked if I had cash.About 3 days later I dropped my car off at his warehouse and he told me the car would be done in about 3 days and no later then that.I told him I needed the car for work and that I could not have it with him no longer then that.To make a long story short,he took over 12 days to paint my car and this was after dozens of phone calls I placed to him begging him to call me back and that I needed my car right now.He text messaged me back and told me that the car was ready and I told him I was going there first thing in the morning to pick it up.When I got there I had him pull the car out of the warehouse to get a better look at the paint job and he was insisting that I pay him first.I could not believe how terrible the paint job looked.

My 5 year old son could have painted it better!The car was a mess,I mean there was overspray all over the windows and there was a lot of areas that were never painted.I told him I was not satified and that I was not going to pay him the balance and he started screaming at me about how he has over 35 years experience and that I was going to pay him.I fely threatened and did not know what he might do so I paid him and got out of there right away then I called the cops.The bottom line is I lost my money and had the car finished off for $900.00 to a trusted local shop in Williston.This horrible experience really put my family in financial hardship.We live like most people paycheck to paycheck and this no good for nothing liar took advantage of us!I learned a valuable lesson after this encounter with this thief.I will never ever deal with crooks like this again!!!Please share this message with all your friends so he can't do this to anyone else in the future.Oh I also forgot to mention his wife works with him and her name is Janice Gomez and she posts some of his ads on her facebook account.
