A-1 Leasing A-1 Leasing, Startup Essentials A very persuasive salesman called me and told me I would be able to make a lot of money if I signed with them Grand Rapids Michigan

When the salesman with Startup Essentials called he was very persuasive about me being able to make a lot of money with their company. He did not give me the option of paying or leasing. He just said I would be paying monthly to receive the laptop and software.

The money was supposed to come out of my checking account monthly. I now realize I cannot do this business and make any money at it. I am 73 years old and should have known better. At the time. talked to the salesman. Iwas trying to sell health products online. I thought this company would be of some help with this. So, besides $136.24 amonth for what they sent to me. I would also have to pay so much 'per click' for online
advertising.

I have since had a lot of health problems of my own besides my youngest daughter is now going through chemo for breast cancer. I have been helping her after 3 surgeries, radiation and now chemo.

Now I get a letter from A-1 Leasing that I am in default of my contract. They want all the equipment back plus immediately payment of

A. accelerated balance $5,206.

B. Late fees $80.

C. debit charges $20.

D. breach fee $100.

Total: $5,406.

I am not adverse to sending the "Equipment " back (laptop and cd's) I really cannot pay them all the money they are threatening me to be turned over to a collection agency
