This is the most dishonest company we have ever done business with. This company sent us an online quote with a hyperlink to a reasonable quote which is why we went with them. Now when they showed up the shady practices began. First, they showed up late with a budget rental truck...not the professional looking moving trucks they feature on their website. Then they brought no moving materials which they had already quoted us about $450. We then had to run to home depot to buy our own boxes because this crazy company was trying to charge us $50 per box if we were going to use theirs....thats right $50 for a card board box. Then they proceeded to take 15 hours to pack up our tiny 1200 sq ft house. These were the slowest movers we have ever seen. They were doing this on purpose to make more money on the hourly rate. Then their rented budget van was not big enough so they had to come back the next day with another truck. So after they had our furniture and belongings in their storage facility we get a invoice on our credit card for $1800 more than the original amount quoted. So not only did we have to deal with extremely slow and poor service they were going to charge us for their terrible service. Then when we refused to pay more than the agreed upon original amount which they later fraudulently changed original internet invoices, they held our furniture hostage to extort more money out of us. We tried relentlessly without avail to reason with these thieves but they would not honor their price and would not deliver our furniture until we paid their outrageous amount. If you are reading this now because this has happened to you please report them to southwest movers association and the Texas department of motor vehicles at 888-368-4689. The only way to stop them from victimizing anyone else is to file a complaint. They also will be able to assist you with arbitration...
