AJ Mechanicle Anthony Raspavalo AKA Tony Raspavalo Contractor who constantly is in breach of contract and steals supplies and money North Bergen New Jersey

 Anthony Raspavalo aka Tony of AJ Mechanicle Construction/Electrician Company is a thief, liar and con artist. He promises good prices and labor that he is unable to provide. We hired him to remodel our bathroom. After paying him over $4,500 (in checks thank god as proof) for all of the materials and labor he never provided the materials and damaged the exsisting bathroom. He ruined the master bedroom matress by spilling coffee on it and from continual chain smoking inside the household when he was told not to. He also left us in the middle of winter without a bathroom window for over 3 weeks until we could hire another contractor to do the job right.We where also left without a working bathroom for 1.5 months.  We had to hire another contractor and pay him $5000 just to fix all of the damange that Anthony Raspavalo did to the bathroom when demolishing the bathroom plus an additional $5000 for the materials we had already paid AJ Mechanicle. He stole all of the materials that we paid for. He threw and left all of the domolished rubish in our vegatble garden in the backyard with many nials and screws included. Hopefully the dog will not step on them and we can find all of them. In 21 days Anthony only showed up to the job site a total of 8 days working less than 4 hours each time. He will rarely show up to the job and when he does he only will show up for 2 hours per day. He does not know how to lay tiles so do not hire this man to even lay tile for you because he will destroy the tile. He failed to produce any licenses proving he is a contractor or electrian. He fails to produce receipts and constantly asks for money for supplies and then uses the money to spend on himself and habits and not the supplies promised. Beware of this Gypsie Snakeoil Salesman!!! We are taking him to court to sue for the value of the materials and labor that we paid for and did not recieve plus the additional sum of money we had to pay to have the damage he did repaired.
