I joined the company in February of 2006. Paid the $175.00 memebrship fee. Response to concerned Real Estate loans took more than 24 hour. When I called and stated that i paid $175.00 and that i was not satisfied with the period in which they take to respond I was accussed of being rude and told that my memebrship is being cancelled. I said fine and I want a refund Mrs. Bruce Castro said it is past the 30 days and i will not get a refund.

I have also joined their affiliate program which I have gotten nothing from a website that they claim i can earn extra money. I have requested several times to cancel my affiliation and they have ignored my request. The more arriliates they have the more money they will make.

FROM MY EXPERIENCE THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HONEST. RECONSIDER BEFORE JOINING.

All education requires fees

AUTHOR: Julian - (United States)

POSTED: Sunday, October 16, 2016

How can one expect to get training materials needed to begin training as a loan officer for FREE? Real estate courses, life insurance courses all require training materials and therefore, anyone with common sense should expect a fee involved.

All Solutions Network

AUTHOR: Debbie1056 - ()

POSTED: Saturday, December 14, 2013

I have been a member of All Solutions Network for several months.  It was free to join and I have not paid them anything.  I have been makng my Amazon, Wal-Mart and other pruchases through my site.  I always get a follow up email acknowledging my purchase.  I have been scammed by another company but All Soutions Network really does not have any way to scam me.  They do not have any of my personal information other than the email address for my paypal account.  I do not understand how this person can claim to have been scammed by All Solutions Network.  There is no membership fee to join.

Upfront Money for Careers

AUTHOR: Jim Roberts - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, November 11, 2012

Requesting from an affiliate marketer or any other person seeking a career, upfront fees to work and make money should be everyone's first RED FLAG!  No one should ask for money up front to make money, these type of jobs or businesses, I don't care what you call them are rip off scams.  I think we need a dedicated WWW POLICE DEPARTMENT that conducts investigations into these scams.  rAll the internet GURU's that are out there Ripping people off and the other Rip Off artists on the Internet are getting away with robbery everyday and there isn't anything to stop them.  Oh.....the Internet has wonderful little sites where you can go and report a scam, for example IC3 a division of the FBI.  What a JOKE!  I was the victim of a scam and lost over $17,000 dollars and I reported to the FBI's mock website and they do NOTHING!  Absolutely NOTHING!  So we need to implement a world wide web FBI of our own and stop these crazies from ripping off the world.

Response to NO NOT WRONG COMPANY

AUTHOR: Bruce - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 05, 2008

I believe the complaint is heartfelt and honest, however, not fully informed.

She believes her loan was stolen... not true. We all lost the loan to someone else and she thinks we stole it. Absolutely not true!

This is a tough business with a lot of unscrupulous competition. It's not only wrong but stupid to try to steal a deal from someone who showed potential as a producing loan officer... which she did, as evidenced by the fact of getting and almost closing this subject deal.

One of the main things that we harp on in our training manuals and audio CD's is-- "make your buyer and real estate agent your best freind-- call each of them twice a week to see how they are doing... Because if you don't, you will lose the loan." It is repeated constantly and if you are considering a loan carreer, I implore to follow this advice. A refinance is easy, a purchase requires you being much more personable. WHY?

Because almost every real estate agent has a friend that he gives business to and often gets referrals from. The agent will almost always try to get your buyer to use his "friend" and put you, the loan officer out of the picture. It happens all the time. As we say in the training manual, you must stay in contact with your buyer or they will listen to the agent, (who makes more money if he gets the borrower to use his connection).

Some of our loan officers have taken this to heart and created such strong relationships with the borrower that when the agent tried to get them to switch the borrower told them if they hear that again they'll get another agent. Others, due to either lack of heading this advice or a lack of interpersonal skills, lose deals.

This was a tough deal, we got an approval, and then apparantly the real estate agent told his "friend" where the loan was approved, what type it was and convinced the buyer to use them.

The loan business is a tough, competitive business that is not for everyone. And it appears that when this deal fell, it was easier to blame us for stealing it than acknowledge that it was simply lost.

She had apparently created enough of a personal connection to the borrower and agent that they felt bad about using someone else, (which is why they were "evasive" with her), but not enough of a connection to close it with her.

As to leads-- I don't send them if they are not asked for. Probably due to the bad taste that she understandably had from this loan, she apparently did not feel the need to ask for leads.

As to feeling that the CD's and training materials were insufficient... All I can say, is I wrote the manuals and included all the information that I wish had been provided to me when I got in the business over 20 years ago.

ALSO-- We've brought on experienced loan officers that thanked me and told me that they learned in their first week, more than their last company taught them in a year.

The bottom line is I'm proud of what we've done and what we do. The loan business is incredibly lucrative, but it's not easy. It takes persistence and the ability to fail-- often and come back for more. It's not for everyone. We can and do provide the tools... but we can't provide these required successful traits.

Amazing!

AUTHOR: Bruce - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 05, 2008

One quick question to anyone reading this... Ask yourself, have you ever been in a situation where you know you've done everything right, as you said you would, but had someone be upset with you anyway? When you are in business, this happens all the time, when there are over 100,000 people involved, it happens even more.

There are over 100,000 members of the all solutions network. If we operated as this gentleman alleges, we would probably have hundreds if not thousands of negative postings.

First off, the gentleman states that he was paid no percentages since joining. Correct, he wasn't-- he earned nothing because he did nothing. For any who care please see the training site for All solutions network (which, in fact is not the same company as the mortgage company)... allsolutionsnetwork.org It explains how the program works and how under the multi-level program you can get paid. He did nothing! So he earned nothing.

As to the loan program, I won't belabor the point, other than to say the site that clearly states that, and I quote "Your deposit is returned to you only upon the closing of your very first loan" You are more than welcome to look at the site yourself... http://www.affairsoflife.com./officers.htm

We will not send $500 in loan software, training CD's and all of our marketing materials, and manuals to a curiosity seeker, who can then copy all, send it back and ask for a refund. We make this perfectly clear and this appears to be exactly what this person was. A curiosity seeker who had no intention of working. He says he never received any leads? He's right, but he never ASKED for any.

Also, no one said his membership was cancelled, it is free and I certainly never mentioned anything regarding no refund on the deposit due to the expiration of 30 days-- Again, our site makes it very clear that if you are not serious, don't bother because "your deposit will only be refunded upon the closing of your first loan"

WRONG COMPANY and there was no fee.

AUTHOR: Bruce - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, November 24, 2007

I just thought that I'd quickly respond... there was not $175 fee. It was not for the All Solutions Network, it was for a deposit on loan origination software, training CD's, Marketing materials and actual training and the providing of leads of people wanting to buy homes or get home loans.

As a manager of CFIC mortgage, I oversaw this recruiting program in which the deposit is refunded on the funding of their very first deal. In this case everything including leads, Training CD's, manuals, scripts, and hours of phone training was provided. This gentleman eventually decided this was not what he wanted to do for a living-- as soon as he realized that the loan business actually required effort.

He then requested a refund of his deposit even though he had already taken advantage of our training, leads, manuals, and still had all of our materials in his possession. Following is a direct quote from our maketing materials...

NOTE:
We have no sign up or application fees. However, there is a $175 deposit required on the startup materials. Realize, we don't want your money-- we want your commitment. We've found that if a person can't commit $175 for a new career, they won't commit the time and study required to become proficient in this business. We don't want you to waste your time and quite frankly, we can't afford to have anyone waste ours. Remember, this is only a deposit. We don't want your money-- we want your commitment. Your deposit is returned to you only upon the closing of your very first loan.

In spite of the time effort and money that we invested into this indivdual, he, as so many others, decided that it was easier to complain and blame others than to actually follow through and commit to a new career.

Bruce
