v.
Jared Boergadine (aka “KidCorrect”), Author of Ripoff Report #940766

Complainant Abelard Construction, LLC (the “Complainant”), challenged the truthfulness of certain statements (each, a “Statement”) posted by Author Jared Boergadine (the “Author”) on the Ripoff Report website at www.ripoffreport.com on September 13, 2012, as Ripoff Report No. 940766 (the “Report”). The Author contends the Complainant engaged in shoddy construction practices and does not pay its employees for work performed. The Complainant denies the allegations and states that the Author is a former disgruntled independent contractor who has made false allegations against the company. While the Author did not submit a response to the Complaint through the VIP Arbitration Process, the Author did provided an Affidavit in which he disavows the allegations made in the Report. By submitting a Report and a Complaint on the Ripoff Report website, both the Complainant and the Author have agreed to submit the dispute to the Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration.
Each Statement challenged by the Complainant has been considered, together with any Witness Statements and Documents provided by the Complainant for the determination of the truth or falsity of the Statement. The Author did not provide a response to the Complaint pursuant to the Arbitration Rules.
The Arbitrator was asked to decide whether the preponderance of the evidence submitted established that each Statement is true or that it is false. If the statement identified by the Complainant is determined to be an opinion, no determination will be made as to that particular Statement because an opinion cannot be determined to be true nor false.
The Arbitrator determined that certain statements in the challenged Report were false. Therefore, according to the VIP Arbitration Rules, those statements have been redacted.

They open up and office in a area with a fresh hail storm. They do mass hirings using craigslist and promise their employees they can earn over 100k from the hailstorm.

POSTED: Sunday, November 18, 2012Mr Delmedico spent my check and never finished my roof. There are dozens of reports here in Colorado that are similar. According to my brother who owns a large construction company in St. Louis, MO it is taking months for Abelard to finish the jobs they promise. Their tactic is to wait it out until the homeowner gives up. My coworkers husband worked for Abelard locally and had a $137 payroll check from them get flagged upon cashing because of irregular check writing practices. According to his bank, Abelard has 8-10 bank accounts and is writing checks from account to account in order to give the appearance they have money.
It is a fact that at one time Mr Delmedico bought a maserati on petty cash! BTW, the number posted below for the companies Attorney is the corporate office for Abelard where Mr Delmedico's sister is in charge running the books and hiding the money. Do not be surprised to see Mr Delmedico and Mr Southerland in prison someday for tax evasion, insurance fraud and many other crimes! These men are corrupt! Do not fall for working for these scammers and do not allow them to repair your roof as I did... it will never get done!
