We signed our company up with Agero back in November 2013. Since then they have been always been ajusting our invoices that we sent in. My operations manager has called them back in Decemeber and they told her to bill it a different way. Even by doing it a different way there was no change.
I decide to go thru all the claims we put in and turn out over 1500.00 worth of claims were adjusted below our contract agreement and climbing. I called the manager that covers our area, and left a message I still have yet got a call back. I called his manager and left a message and didnt get a call back. Finally I started to ask around to other companies that are service providers for Agero in our area and they to have notice the same problem. They still have not gotten back to them. They said they cut back on doing there calls due to not fully paying the contract agreed price.
So due to not getting a responce back from them, I have decided like the other companies to only tow within my 5 mile radius. I also stopped any winching calls that come in because our contract states 60.00 for winch and they are only paying $30.00. Road service they are to pay out going miles, i have yet to see that yet. Out going miles for towing is also not being paid. Loaded miles are adjusted that should not be adjusted. Accident calls are also not being paid as agreed nor is storage.
If there are any other towing companies out there having the same problem please respond to this. Something has to be done about this. There are many of you out there losing money and dont even know it unless you check your invoicing closely.

I have had the same issues. I have to submit calls to them twice to get paid the proper amount. It's a HUGE waste of time and resources. We also haven't been getting paid GOA's at all the last couple months because "Call was cancelled after ETA Expiration", which is impossible to avoid because it takes a half hour to an hour of sitting on hold to get someone on the phone. Their milage system is terrible and is way off. I even submit map links that show milage when I submit the calls and they STILL don't bill them properly. The area representative doesn't have much to say about it. They're not very helpful at all. And heaven forbid should you not get a call submitted within the time frame. Like if you miss a call somehow and it goes unnoticed even though you did the work they won't pay you. It's RIDICULOUS. If we all ran our towing companies this way we'd all be out of business, guaranteed.

We thought the last guy was bad. This new KID is the biggest j***a**. I have yet to get a call back. I am a service provider in PA.
This company has no loyalty, no customer service, and are thieves at the end of the day. Do yourself a favor and do not deal with this brand.

I have contacted your company a number of times. you know what i get in return, nothing! either dean is away or phone calls are not returned. hell billing is so out of wack and our contract was never fixed from the last time i talk to you managers. mind you this problem hasnt been fixed since dec 2013. everytime we are told it was fixed, guess what no it is not fixed again.

I believe many other towing companies should get in contact with each other about this Agero company. I notice now Agero is collecting the overage charges for mileage now and we only get the rate that our contract states. That is were Agero went over board. We the towing companies are to collect the overage at our normal rate after the member goes beyond there coverage limit. Agero is cheating us out of money now big time, and yes we do have the same rep as you. All I can tell you is that other towing companies better pay more attention to there billing, cause Agero is out there to screw everyone.

We are a light duty service provider in the state of Ohio. I noticed you are from PA so you must have the same Performance Manager as we do.... Dean Pennington. Since this individual has taken over PA and Ohio, it has been a disaster. I have noticed problems with billling, new policies that didn't exist before that serve only their side, and a general disregard for us as a high performing service provider.
I am not sure what needs to be done with this company. They are really in bed with this fly by night operations that carry no insurance, workers comp, and don't pay payroll taxes... specifically Inman's Auto Rescue and Reliable Roadside.
We need to rally the towing companies to band together to go against this Giant.
