I'm in A chapter 13 And because of that the mortgage company
said they need an OK from my attorney oking them to talk to me about a possible Loan MODIFCATION.
MY attorney has fax them this twice now and they claim they do not have it. I even had a guy on the phone with me from green path talking to them and they still had no explanation why the fax is not in their system yet. And could not tell me what to do if the second fax still did not get in. I tried to tell them
I NEED HELP!!! ME and my wife are now having to give up things we need to live to make the house payment.
I tried to tell them I have just been LAID OFF FROM work.
THIS company is the same (option ONE)and have hundreds of people

their is no reason for this to be going on and I think the federal government should investigate this company for FRAUD!
AND unfair BUESNESS PRATICE. HOW MANY WEEKS does it take to get
a FAX????
