I entered into a Marketing and Website Development Contract with Alan Schneider from R U On The Net Inc. on July 1, 2009. He promised to build me a website based on my specifications within 10 days. After 2 months and 12 days he showed me a ridiculous website that wasn't even close to be completed or what I had asked for, essentially it was horrible. He claims to be an online marketing /web development expert. He certainly is not. He would take days to respond to my emails and then would evade answering any questions I would ask. On July 21, 2009 he even purchased a domain name without my permission or even notifying me, to potentially compete with my own website. He bought the name www.mindbodyeffects.com and has now put the pathetic website he developed for me on there, with all of my copyrighted content, personal photo's and pictures, my company logo etc. He is using this site to discredit me and provide confusion in the marketplace. He is also running a number of inappropriate google ads on this site that he is using to impersonate me and my company.
He even called me the other day to threaten me, telling me that he owns my content.
As stated I had hired him to develop a site for me in July however he did not fulfill what he was supposed to deliver so I cancelled my contract with him due to the fact that he failed to perform and he is trying to retaliate by doing this. Long before this contract was cancelled he had already purchased this domain name without my knowledge or permission. He obviously had dishonest intentions from the very beginning as he purchased a website domain name to impersonate me and my company without my knowledge or permission and with him as the registrant.
Interestingly enough I was warned about him as he also does Affiliate Management and when looking into him I was told from another Affiliate Manager that he was previously fired from a job as an Affiliate Manager as he was charging the companies for the commission but not paying them out to the affiliates. This should have been my warning but I asked him about it, of course he denied it, and I foolishly believed him.
I am doing everything I can to expose this individual and his company for the frauds they are. I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau, Abuse@Google, Phone Busters, Canada's Anti-scam, anti fraud authority, Internet Crime Complaint Center, the company he bought the domain name from and I will continue to find mediums to expose him until he removes his fraudulent website with all of my content.
I am also likely going to be taking legal action against him but in the meantime I do not want him displaying my copyrighted content along with my company logo and my personal photo's on this poor example of a website that he has developed.

I attempted to delete this report as there is one section in it that when I wrote it, I had not personally verified. I didn't ever state it as fact, only that I was told this information by another affiliate manager. I requested to have the report removed from Rip Off Report, the request to remove this original report it its entirety was denied. I will state in this rebuttal that I cannot confirm whether the information I was given is true or false that Alan Schneider and R U On The Net Inc. was once terminated as an Affiliate Manager as per the information I was given when doing my due diligence. However in regards to the other issues in my original report I am currently involved in legal proceedings with R U On The Net Inc. on this matter.
