Signed up for their FREE trail of their product. Of course they charged shipping. Great way of getting your Credit Card information on file. Did not see in the fine print of their terms and conditions that they were going to automatically bill me for a subscription of monthly delivered weight loss product. The product was delivered and in 7 days or receipt of the product my account was charged $64. then less then 20 days later my account was charge another $69. They did not notify me like most good standing businesses that my trail was almost up and I was going to start getting billed. I was not sure why they were sending me the product when I did not order it. Thats when I noticed they billed me again in May. I was not happy with this company and had a great time trying to get a hold of them.

AllDaySlim says they strive to provide superior customer service. Their customer service agents are only available 10am-5pm PST and half the time you get an answering machine. Their marketing method is very deceptive and their refund policy is horrible. They like to put the recurring billing in their terms and condition that are only provided as a hyper link. Nor do they notify like other reputable companies that the trial is almost up and they are going to start billing you . We received two charges in the same month for the previous trial bottle and then the second bottle. I am amazed because if they were billing a monthly supply the first month supply would have not been used yet when they billed us. 

If the company is going to come on here and talk about them being a reputable company then why do they do marketing that has been classified as deceptive? If you believe in the product and customer service it would be no problem refunding a customers money for the poor product and service provided. They limit to a one month refund with the return of a bottle only. They will only issue the refund once that bottle is return and they do not refund you the shipping costs to send the bottle in to get your refund.

If any one else has issues with this company as of more then a few of us have I would recommend filing complaints with your local Attorney Generals office as well as the Attorney Generals office in California where the company is bases. Also notify your bank and or credit card company of their deceptive practices . If you feel they charged you improperly file a fraud claim against the company and issue a charge back. Any company that provides good customer service and stands behind their product 100% would not make you jump through hoops to get refunds. They would have no problem issuing a refund. Since they hold onto your money the way the due shows how shaddy of business they really are.

First, it is a 14-day trial "beginning on the date the product is shipped..." TOC, para1, first sentence). Most orders may not ship right away, and usually are received 7 days AFTER shipment. The remaining 7 days of the trial is hardly sufficient time to ascertain that any benefits or problems even exist.

Second, the TOC para 2, last sentence, specifies that a "...$15 restocking fee "may" apply..." (will it apply, or won't it?? this is also in addition to the $4.95 shipping one already paid for).

One has to call them back "during the 30 day trial period" (TOC, para 2, first sentence)...so is it a "14 day" or a "30 day" trial???

A FULL 30 day trial should be allowed by the consumer (to at least weigh the benefits), and then, if-and-only-if, the consumer likes it, then the consumer should call to continue, that is, if the consumer is lucky to get through to customer service.

If Pfizer can send its executives on weekly global jaunts in first class air (instead of, gee, video-conferencing!) and sticking it to their employees, then they can afford a simple consumer trial, especially at these exorbitant prices.
