All Day Slim is your typical scammer without realising what you are really in for. They offer you a free trial for a very small shipping fee, this way they can get your credit card details. After the first trial, I was not interested in the product as I discovered these supplements did nothing for me but made me feel very ill. I wrote at once telling them i was no longer interested in their product and not to continue sending me any more. 

As I did not have my credit card on hand at work, my fried kindly offered to use hers and I agreed to refund her the small shipping fee. Low and behold within 15 days of the first bottle, and even though I wrote and called about cancelling any further offers, USD 69.00 came out her credit card. You can just imagine my utter shock and dismay. I again wrote the company, who by the way, never bothered to even respond to the first email I sent. To date I have sent five emails which all went unanswered.

After having to reimburse my friend yet again, another amount came out on the 17 October, 2011 for this time USD 70.00. You can just imagine how very annoyed I was by now. These people are very unscrupulous and utterly dishonest as merchants. They ought to be jailed and shut down for good. To make matters worse, I never got the 2 extra bottles I was charged for.

Something must be done to stop these thieves. I am seeking a refund of my monies and I intend to go further with this. These people must be STOPPED at once.

The 14-day trial is a courtesy we extend to our customers, so they have the opportunity to decide if AllDaySlim is right for them. While we do charge for the price of the bottle at the end of the trial, our customers have the opportunity to return their bottle for a full refund if they contact us within the allotted trial window. In the end, if they discover AllDaySlim is not right for them, they will have had the opportunity to try AllDaySlim for only $4.95. As with any trial purchase, it is the responsibility of the customer to familiarize themselves with the Terms and Conditions before entering any personal information. 

All emails sent to our support team receive a response anywhere from 24-48 hours. Currently, there is no record in our Support inbox of five unanswered emails from a single customer. If an email has not been responded to, it is likely because there was an error in transmission. Typically, contacting our customer care line at 877.639.9531 is the better option if no email response has been received.
