Americas Pride purchased an auto lift with wrong parts Seekonk Massachusetts

hello i recently purchased a lift from americaspride. they saidit would take 6 weeks to have it ordered. fine i said. i placed the order on 1/18. the 6 weeks go by and i don't get any reply on shipping or tracking info. i keep calling the company and get refferred to a voicemail of becky. she never returns my calls. i kept calling and finally got a delivery date. the lift never shows the shipping company has no idea about the lift. another week goes by and a few phone calls i get a reply tracking and delivery date. i accept the lift and now a major part to the lift is the wrong part. the bar that connect the 2 posts together is the wrong part. this piece should make the posts offset 30 degrees. it is to another lift the online pictures do not match up. i ordered ampro lift ap-10sa. americas pride sent me parts to ampro lift ap-10sac. the owner mike neeves emails me and says i received the right parts and nothing can be done. i sent him pictures through email using americaspride online pictures of what the piece should look like and my digital camera. i hope some one reads this and really considers not buying from this company. you will not save any money. all that will happen is your time will be wasted and you will have a big paperweight.
