I had my house spray painted to the tune of more than 800+ dolars in damage, the kid that did it admitted to painting the other trailers but not mine. Because the parent of the boy had letters written that had lies in them by persons that have been in court against me before, they drop the charge & I have no way of paying for the damage. There were witness' that he was spray painting around the trailers & was caught with paint on his hands. We never even received an I'm sorry even though the other owners did. The prosecutor never bothered to follow up on any information, or to contact us as to what was going on. It's nice to know that people can damage property & not be held responsible. If your a lawbreaker, move to Benzie County, There is no judicial or law system here that matters.
