Aquatraders Would not honor warranty baltimore Internet

"I bought a light from aquatraders 3 months ago. I have had problems since the first week. Bulbs and ballasts.  The fixture keeps shorting out.  I have had dedicated electric outlet put in for the lights.  I have been in constant communication with them since that time. Yesterday the light fixture began sparking. They told me there was a 30 day warranty, which I was out of, eventhough we had been trying to resolve the problem, so they would not send a replacement. I explained that we have been in communication since the first week with problems, which were not resolved, so please send a replacement. I do not want my money back, and I will send the one back to them that I have now. They would not. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. While in a chat with them, they always stop responding and disconnect. When you leave a message which I have done 6 times, no one ever calls you back."
