In the begining it sounds great, it really does, they also tell you, you can cancel at any time after your first payment is made.. that couldnt be a bigger lie if it wanted too..
Not only after the first few months could i not afford it (bc of some unfortunates) they double charged my bank card without my consent. now im not a genius nor am i a high priced lawyer but i do know thats a little on the illegal side. so i called and canceled.
The girl on the phone asked why and i told her i could not afford it any longer, she said sorry we lost you, all you need to pay is $44.66 and it will be canceled. i said ok. well i will admit that i have not sent them the $44.66 yet, at the time my husband had an unfortunate accident and well you forget.
Now they are tryin to sue for 523.25. money they say i owe. well the account was paid up until i canceled, so why do i owe 523.25? your guess is as good as mine. they also thought they would be slick and try to open a new account using my card, under a completely bogus name. i had the card canceled.
They had a collection company send me a letter saying that i refused to communicate in the matter. that is completely false. everytime id answer they would hang up on me. they would also call me at 6 in the morning and at like 10 at night. sorry im not up at those hours.
This is the first time this is ever happened to me. im just so outraged and want to help others from having this happen to them, so they dont have to feel like i do. i recommend that you do not under any sound good circumstances sign on with these people. once you do its not fun or easy to get out of.

i forgot a couple things in my initial report of area circulation...

oh i forgot to mention that in july when i called to cancel the woman i talked to said the account was cancelled. now these people record these kinds of conversations and should know that the woman said the account was cancelled and no she didnt offer lower payments or anything like that. and told me to have a nice day.
also ive been reading a few of these reports myself, and found one young lady who said she had to be 21 to do the deal and they bumped her age up. well when i first signed on 1/29/07 i was only 20 myself. now im not super smart but last time i checked you couldnt do that, if you have to be 21 you have to be 21. just please i urge everyone to just hang up when they call, well first tell them you want off their list then hang up dont do it!!
also im kinda skeptical about the collection agency that now "has my account". i checked them out and they seem just as shady, so just be careful and dont fall for any tricks when they call. they arent gonna give you a trip or watch or even a million dollars its stupid. they say they dont wanna hurt your finances or your wallet but if that was true theyd let you cancel when you wanted to. so once again be ware!!!!!
