Suggest everyone ignore this fraud based collection agency that trys to collect debts that reputable compancies pass on. Then get a good attorney to counter sue if they actually sue you (not likely) and advise if they do.

Pat, these are JUNK DEBT Buyers.

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 14, 2006

Pat,

These people are junk debt buyers and also represent junk debt buyers. They are one of the worst.

The SOL in IN is 6-10 years depending on the type of debt. I believe CC debt is 6.

File an FTC complaint against them online at FTC.gov. It is quick and easy.

You can sue them under the FDCPA in federal court and easily get $1000 plus costs per violation.

Have fun and make some money with this.
