I have read these bad reports on here, and they are really few compared to the many cars these folks sell.

So, far, the experience has been pleasant. I am a bit hesitant to issue praise, however, because I was met with a few surprises.

I was told the loan was 100%. then, when the salesman called to set up the appointment, I was told to bring in at least $400. So, I did. At the table, I was told I would need another $1100, but that the dealer would carry a promissory note on it for a bit of time. Well, this was difficult for me,as I am a single Dad and I do have kids to feed and to shelter. I agreed to it anyway. However, I could not make it in to make the 1st installmentment on time because of my employment schedule. I sent in a money order, hoping all was well. I work at night and sleep in the day. The following Monday, a friend came over and woke me up to tell me auto loan finders had called, and they had called several other mutual friends looking for us. OMG!! What an embarrassment! I immediately looked at my muted phone to find 2 calls within 2 minutes of each other. I returned the call, discovered they did not like the fact I mailed a payment, and discussed it further. To my relief, they did make arrangements to wait for the payment. All was well within a couple of days. So, I was pleased with that.

I have only recently discovered this place can disable the car. So, I am scared to death this would happen if some idiot decides to do it on a whim. Afterall, no business is without an idiot in the mix! LOL! That is my only fear.

I do have a couple of minor issues with the car, which were noted at the sale, and they are scheduled to be repaired. We will see how this goes.

I will give Auto Loan Finders praise as they did get me into a car I wanted. I have another car, but I just wanted a newer one also. they did me right, I have to say. Overall, I have a thumbs up for them.

Crap!!

AUTHOR: mrmarksovine - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, February 05, 2010

I want to update my report on here, as I feel maybe someone may have misled me on this website. The "idiots" I talked about in November do indeed exist with IDA and i  was victemized by this one.

Last month, I suffered a severe injury and could not work for a couple of weeks. I called IDA repeatedly, but a return call never came back to me. I was trying to explain I would be just a few days late with a payment because of this extremely serious injury. The issue required 2 surgeries within a week and the expenses involved, even with health insurance, was overwhelming.

So I get a call from this gal and promise payment on that Friday, which would be only 6 days late. Was told it was ok. On Friday morning, I guess she started calling me. The woman was obviously ill with me, judging by the nasty messgae left to me. As I have tried to explain to these folks, I WORK AT NIGHT and I SLEEP IN THE DAY!!! That is simply the opposite of what folks do when they are day workers. I turn off the ringer because so many folks are rude adn will call all during the day and deprive me of my sleep. So, anyway, this gal once again begins calling my references and I get an embarrassing knock on my door, and I have to explain why this gal is bothering my friend with this. Ultimately, the friend is through being friends with me because this has happened twice.

I call the gal and tell her I am on my way to make the payment. I get into the car and it is turned off. Horses a*s to this crap!! So, I have a car that has issues from being in an accident, and an idiot who turned my car off after being beligerant on my voice mail. She DID NOT stick to the plan. Anyway... I was extremely let down by the experience. I have been recommending them to many folks. No more. I am done with that. I will make my payments and when the car is paid for I wont have to deal with IDA again.

I am well pleased with these folks. Erin noted in my file that I work all night driving my rig and sleep in the day. No one calling my references in a panic! Thanks for that, Erin! Appreciate the courtesy.

So far the experience has gone well. I am happy to recommend them to anyone. You have to play by the rules, though. Remember that.

We thank you for sharing your experience with our company. We are sorry for the inconvenience of calling your references, but we do so when payment is due and we cannot get a hold of you to prevent mistakes such as shutting off your car. It is one of the many safety measures we have implemented to prevent mistakes from, as you put it, idiots. We also only have a select few people that can disable a vehicle, and several other options must be exhausted before this is even considered.

We generally ask that our customers do not mail payments as there are many more risks involved with mailing a payment than the other options we provide. It would be a pretty terrible situation if your payment was lost or late due to an error at the postal service.

We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you and we truly appreciate you as a customer!
