Auto Parts Warehouse APW.com Doesn't Honor Coupons...Terrible Customer Service Carson, California

I spent 1-1/2 hrs. talking to 5 sales reps. before getting an final answer that they do not fully honor coupons ($25 discount + free shipping as advertised) when applied to tires.

One rep. told me that they couldn't even find the part number. 

Another told me they don't sell tires even though there is a comprehensive tire section on their web site.

Another told me that the specific model of tire I was interested in was not appropriate for my vehicle.  After calling the manufacturer this was found to be completely false.

Another said he would have to call the home office.

Another first told me they can't apply the coupon to tires.  However, the web site did accept a portion of the coupon.  When confronted, he said it was a mistake.  (rather than admitting to lying).  So when placing an order, apprently it was a mistake that it gave me a portion of the discount on the web order ($25) excluding the shipping discount the coupon specified?  Finally the last person I spoke with said that they don't apply free shipping to tires.

I asked if they would give me a discount for my trouble.  The answer was a flat no and no consideration given whatsoever.   My advice.  Don't waste your time trying to purchase tires through Auto Parts Warehouse.  Clearly they are not ready for prime time and can't be respected.
