Take 2 batteries in and take 2 batteries out, When batteries go bad you replace them very simple. The last time replaced with 2ea 6 volt batteries with no core charge. I then replaced the 2ea 12 volt batteries that was 3 years old and then took them back to Autozone and since I was not buying more Duralast batteries they only wanted to give me $5.00 back, when infact I paid $12.00 each plus 9.25% tax on top. Autozone pays the Feds charge of $5.00 and pockets the $7.00. I hope you can fathom that whole concept buddy

It took you three years to return your battery cores? They must have been an afterthought when you needed money to re-up your crack habit.

Right off of Autozone's website:
"How do I get the core deposit back? Simply bring the core back to any AutoZone store along with your receipt and your core refund will be issued!"
You raised hell because you didn't follow protocol or specific instruction? Way to go there, cowboy! Your incompetence costed someone time and money.

You got exactly what your supposed to get. When you return the core you don't get all your money back only a part of it.
