This was the 6th shop I performed for this company. I haven't yet been paid, but they don't pay until the next month. Communication is done through emails with the scheduler.
I performed the shop on 11/19/12 and submitted report the same day. I was sent an email on Monday, 11/26/12 stating the report was not accepted because I didn't meet a deadline. I logged onto the BARE International site to see that there I'd been given an evaluation rating of 8 out of 10. Yet there was a comment stating they couldn't read the copy of the receipt I'd submitted.
Here is the comment:
11/22 Dear Evaluator: The attached receipt files cannot be open because of their file format. Please reformat the files or fax copies of your receipts to priorityinquiries@bareinternational.com by 9 a.m. EST on 11/23, when the report will be finalized. Also, please make sure to enter all of the totals from your receipts into the report. Thank you, LT
11/26 Evaluator: The above request was not answered by our deadline. We have not received the receipt images requested above. This report must be excluded.

I did not receive any notification regarding the first request. Yet the request was sent on Thanksgiving day stating I needed to send a copy of receipt by 9am EST the day after Thanksgiving, which is 6am my time.
After receiving the email I sent the receipt with explanation. I was told the report would not be accepted and I would not be paid because I didn't meet the deadline.

The company did in fact contact me. They were very prompt to address my complaint against them. To date this complaint has been resolved. I am completely satisfied with the resolution. Therefore it was only fair I amend my original statement.

Your comments do not provide any facts and you did not provide your name. Is there any legitimate reason as to why you felt it was necessary to defame our name? Have you performed any assignments for BARE? Do you feel as if you have been wronged in some way? If so, please feel free to contact me personally so we can resolve. It is unfortunate how many will resort to slander on the web in lieu of contacting those within the company who can listen and rectify. I am new to this type of business and this has been a valuable learning experience. My advise to any evaluator; after completing report check the site daily regardless of holidays. Do not rely on email. It is your responsibility to ensure reports are accepted.
I sincerely appreciate the company's willingness to work with me regarding this error.
