This is a complaint from an evaluator who wants you to be aware of some practices of BARE INTERNATIONAL. 

On July 12 I accepted a USPS evaluation which I performed according to the given guidelines, the report isn't readily available for you to follow, only the guidelines are.  

I successfully performed the evaluation, filled the  long report, took me more than 20 minutes to do it, and inlcuded the receipt.

The system confirmed the delivery, Received an email accepting my evaluation and grading it.

Checked the board and saw the reimbursement posted , was less than stated in the offer I accepted.

Answered the evaluation email and said I was expecting a higher reimbursement for at least what I paid for and checked again the board the amount did not change, and I was ok with it.

Logged in 10 days later to see the job scratched off, YES THE JOB THAT WAS ACCEPTED AND PAYMENT LISTED AND ALL. They were not paying for it, and even wrote that I could try AGAIN to do the SAME shop. DETAIL: this time posted with only a fee not reimbursement. 

IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME BARE DID NOT PAY BY CLAIMING THE REPORT HAS PROBLEMS. THE THING IS WHEN YOU ARE FILLING THE REPORT YOU HAVE OPPS AND IT HAS TO BE THOROUGHLY COMPLETED IF NOT YOU CANNOT SUBMIT. ALSO WHAT THE REPORT ASKS  IS DIFFERENT OR NOT IN THE GUIDELINES.  THEY MAKE MILLION OFF OF YOUR NOT REIMBURSED REPORT AND TIME. 

There is something fishy about having a report accepted an amount posted and then have it scratched off and being told I could do it again.

THEY SAY YOUR REPORT HAVE PROBLEMS BUT REALLY THEY ARE JUST FINDING WAYS NOT TO PAY YOU FOR YOUR TIME. IT IS NOT YOU. IT IS A WAY FOR THEM TO HAVE A HIGH YIELD OF REPORTS AND PEOPLE WORKING FOR FREE.

PLEASE JOIN AND REPORT IF YOU WERE SCAMMED, RIPPED OFF.

Dear Evaluator,

Unfortunately, your shop has been excluded. Per Q32, ALL negative responses must be explained or your report will not be accepted.

Any report that indicates products were not offered, MUST include an explanation of what occurred when you stepped up to the clerk at the counter. 

An e-mail was sent yesterday for clarification on your report. Since we did not receive a reply back, we had to exclude your shop.

EXCUSE- ME BUT THE REPORT WAS MADE ACCORDING TO THE GUIDELINES PRESENTED

THEY ACCEPTED GRADED AND SCRATCHED AFTER ALL......  NOT A GOOD PRACTICE.  

BEWARE AND REPORT. YES BBB - BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SHOULD BE AWARE OF THEIR SCAM. HOW MANY PEOPLE MIGHT HAVE DONE SHOPS AND REPORTS FOR FREE??? 

THERE ARE MORE REPUTABLE , PAYING AGENCIES OUT THERE. 

THEIR CLAIM OF REPORTING QUALITY IS ONLY TALK. THE REAL OBJECTIVE IS TO DO ANYTHING POSSIBLE NOT TO PAY YOU!!!
