I paid bluehippo $800 of my money, they were suppose to send me my computer and I never received it so I tried calling them and sat on hold for 2 hours before I ever got throug to anyone. When I did get someone I asked them what the hold up was and the stated they lost my paperwork. The lady I talked to was very nice and helpful so I didnt cancel at that time. But then another 2 months went by and I still didnt have my order so I called back and sat on hold for another hour and a half before some prick answered the phone and told me they didnt send out my computer because I missed a payment but I have proof I never missed a payment so I just to him to cancel the order and I wanted a refund the guy laughed at me and in other words stated I was dumb!!!!! He stated I could only get store credit I argued with him for awhile but just gave up. So I went online to use my "store credit" and placed an order but I had to send them money for taxes and shipping cause they cant take that out of the money they already have of mine so I went ahead and sent them a money order to cover shipping and handling. I was told once they get that money order it would be immeaditly shipped out well I sent them the money order 2 weeks ago and still nothing so I called them and they had enough nerve to tell me it takes 6-8 weeks to process the money order. I was mad I started asking for peoples names and employee ids but I was told that the man I was on the phone with was the only one there. He doesnt have a boss he didnt have the number to the processing department he didnt know who signs his checks so I pretty much got no where. Please help me stop these people from screwing someone else. and if anyone knows how to get the money back please pass the word around. Im going to call the BBB and any company that will help. If I get any where Ill let you know.
