I purchased 3 radio oldies mp3 disc from bookzap. First of all, i have no clue what mp3 meant,, there was no explaination that these mp3 disc would NOT play on your regular cd player or your car stereo cd.s. Most companies are up front on telling you what the differences are between the two.,,had i KNOWN they wouldnt play on my my cd player, i wouldnt have bought them. I wrote to complain and talked to some smart *** . She told me ,,sorry, no refunds. I said why werent you up front and explain to people what an mp3 format is? Theres NOTHING that explains this ( i went to different sites and they DO explain the differece between the reg cd, and mp3).. well naturally we had words.She than told me,, ready for this,and she customer service,, NOT TO BOTHER HER AGAIN,, and REMOVED my name from the mailing list. I was suppose to get a free cd as a gift, never got that either, I fell as though this rip off company should be up front with people and put on the front page of their site, what the difference is between a reg. cd and the mp3 cd's. Im sure a LOT of people got ripped off as i did, especially when there are no refunds.. her name was TANYA RAU I even wrote to the web master in charge of this PLACE,, his name was LELAND LEWIS,, That was 2 weeks ago, guess what, no answer,, ready for this,, THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBERS,, What does that tell you,?,Dont buy from Bookzap. you mayl get ripped off too.

We do not post a description of how to use an mp3 disk on our home page. That description is actually included with each individual mp3 product so that no one will miss it.
Here is what is stated: The files on this disk(s) are in mp3 format and will play on devices that support mp3 playback such as mp3 Players. In addition to your standard mp3 player, these files work great using your computer's media player such as Windows Media Player, Real One Audio Player, Apple I-Tunes or Winamp.
This sad and dishonest fellow JOE KUHN that posted this ripoff report against our website is in fact guilty of what he acuses: An Attempted RIPOFF. He attempted to keep the product plus receive a refund. He said if he received no refund he would spread negative rumors about Bookzap online. That was extortion and we do not bow to those tactics.
He was blocked from access to our website after numerous threats to spread false rumors, and profane and insulting emails were received.

Hello,
I am the webmaster for www.bookzap.com . It seems that this fellow Joe Kuhn from Bellaire Ohio and one of my helpers Tanya Rau had a bit of a disagreement.
According to her, this person was extremely rude, used a lot of profanity, threats and false accusations and was attempting to keep our merchandise plus a receive refund.
She reports that Joe demanded a refund without returning the item while falsely claiming that we provide no technical specification describing our mp3 files.
Since I write the technical specifications myself, I know that his assertion about our mp3 description is inaccurate.
Once in while you get unhappy folks like Joe here online. All Webmasters know about this problem. Some sad angry person arrives at your website already feeling miserable. They behave in a way that they would never dare to behave in person, and then they seem to want to spread their unhappiness around.
I guess I mainly just feel sorry for Joe Kuhn. But I also feel sorry for my sweet helper Tanya Rau for having to put up with his profanity, attempted manipulation, insults and falsehoods.
One thing about running a website is you get all kinds!
