BP Chase Credit Card stole my rewards-claimed that I used my consumer card as a business Kenosha Internet

I have had a BP chase card for a year or more. I pay my card in full every month. I went to go shopping with daughter out of town and went to pay for our dinner and the merchant claimed my card was declined. I used a different card to pay for our dinner. Then we went to a store and tried my Bp chase card again and it was declined.

I called BP chase and asked why my card does not work and they said my BP chase card account was closed due to over use of gasoline purchase. They said I used the card for a business. I told them I do not have a business and I drive many miles back and forth to work. They told me I lost my rewards. So the company stole my rewards. I do not care about the card just my reward money. I was using the reward money for my vacation with my family.

I contacted a BP representative and he told me that another costumer of his came in and BP chase stole his rewards as well. I called chase back 4 times and they could not tell me how much gasoline I WAS ALLOWED TO BUY. They said it was in my terms and conditions I told them there was nothing in my terms and conditions that I can only buy a certain amount of gas. IF YOU HAVE A BP CHASE CARD CASH IN YOUR REWARDS AS SOON AS YOU GET THEM!!! Be careful!!
