Badboydirtbike - combadboydirtbike Ripped off, charging taxes with no business liscence or gst number, will not provide proper invoices rather tell people that taxes are included in the price. Wanting to deal in cash or have you place funds into a personal account with TD or Scotia Bank. Does not back up warrenty. Claims to come out to service machines himself but does not ever comply. Bought some quads off this guy Rocky Primavera in the beginning of dec 08. Received no invoice, the guy wanted cash of 1200 for two machines. Claimed to have given us a deal. The quads were poorly put together as the brake pad has fallen off already. Called the city of Port Alberni to see if he was legitimate with a business liscense? to which there was none. This guy is charging taxes and pocketing the money. Prefers you to go to his personal bank and deposit the money into one of his personal accounts. So as to not provide a receipt to the consumer other than a bank deposit receipt. He is selling these out of his garage from his house. Putting them together himself, and then not declaring the income and claiming to live the high life.

I am a customer of this creep and NOT an ex girlfriend. I legitimatly bought quads from this guy and have been waiting for parts for my daughters brakes on this bike since xmas. To no avail Mr. Pimavera was contacted several times by myself anf two other males concerning more parts. With only excuses and time delays. Then on day contacts us to say he suddenly had to charge more for parts as he now HAD TO CHARGE GST LEGITIMATELY!! so he needed to alter a price. Time goes by monts in fact. Just last saturday Mr. Pimavera claims to have these parts and I was to meet him at a mall in my town at 130pm. To which he did not show. No call. When he finally surfaced? TIME JUST GOT AWAY FROM HIM!! imagine that?? GREAT! customer service..NOT best in the land? NOT by a long shot.
what does this creep decide to do? show up at my house getting my address from a neighbor....CLASS ACT!
For future reference Mr. Primavera? your product is cheap and your service not even close to top quality.
WE WILL NOT USE YOU AGAIN. Nor WILL WE RECOMMEND YOU to anyone we know.

This is a ex girlfriend who was mad cause i dumped her, this is ridiculous, my business is all legit and not one word of this is true. I have the best service in canada and treat my customers like gold. This should not be allowed this claim is a total hoax and this site should not let people do this without proof. what a joke, very unhappy.
