Bishop Auckland Barclays Bank did not transfer direct debits from an empty account to an account with money in when they were asked to on more than ten occasions when they said they had.
they then sent transactions from the empty account to deliberately accumilate charges. they harrassed me for 7 months about the charges needing to be paid accumilating to over 600 pounds from less than 100.
it was reported and asked to be looked into more than five times, they sent me no correspondance and now say it was established i was happy and it was sorted every time. i have been back to sort it out again recently and far from sorting it, they have sent it to a debt collector to gather fees and say they will no longer correspond with me and that i must now pay a random company in full.
this is a familiar situation i have heard so many people complaining about at the branch and now i know why, THEY ARE CRIMINALS.

BOYCOTT BARCLAYS it will save you time, effort, legal fees and agro, they are legalised theives and use the law against decent people.

In a society full of financial crisis, do we really need legalised conmen and women?.
