BatteriesAreUs (V Batteries) Order Taken, Money Taken, but delayed info on shipping product, vague communications, min one month delivery? Edgar Nebraska

I ordered product, AMS3000 Inverter, for $725 ($126 less than competitive Web Houses plus free shipping). Receipt of order and credit card billing occurred immediately. However no information on availability of product or information on when it would be delivered for at least one week. I made two email inquirys and one phone call. Email inquiries wire ingnored, and on Friday, a normal business day, I got the answering service asking to leave a message as they were closed that Friday.

Whereupon I did a web search on the company and ran across this RipOff report. The pattern of take the money and no response and no delivery of product had been reported by several other reporters.
Whereupon, I wrote a third e-mail and notified V-Battery of cancellation of the order and requested that they credit my card with the original order amount of $725.

I did recieve an e-mail response saying that the product was in transient and would be delivered in one month (to them or me?). I asked for clarification. No clarification!

I immediately notified my creditcard company. After contacting V-Battery, they credited my card with the original purchase amount and waived any interest charges.

I followed up with notification to BatteriesAreUs of official order cancellation.

They resonded, "Nice"
