Bear's Auto Recycling dishonest fraudulent billing, keeps your money and your part Ripoff Harrisonvalley Pennsylvania

Started my corrospondance with this company in April and with a guy named Jason after putting out a search for a bumper assembly I needed and getting an email from them. They quoted me a price of $250. I asked for a picture of the item. Jason claimed the camera was stolen. Said he would get me one though. Never did. I finally ordered it anyway and they got their money on May 11, 2007 and I was supposed to get my part around the 16th of May. Never happened so I started emailing and calling Jason. No reply and he was never around when I called. I asked them to refund my money. No reply. Finally another guy that claimed to manage the yard emailed me and said he didn't know why Jason didn't ship that out. So the new guy shipped it on the 24th of May only it never made it as FedX shipped it back saying it was damaged. On the 5th of June Brett(manager) said he received the bumper cover back and that it was not damaged would he like me to resend it. I said whoa......just the cover? For that price, no way. Then he said he would send the whole assembly for that price which is what I thought I was getting in the first place. I said ok I'm going to try you one more time. The last reply I got from them on June 6 was it was being shipped. I asked for the tracking number, no replay. I asked for it a couple days later. No reply. I told them to refund my money. No reply. It was never shipped. Since this was a debit on my Visa bank card I went to the bank and asked could I do anything about it and was told yes, that you have 60 days to get your money back when using a credit card. My bank credited my account today with the money plus interest. So don't do business with these guys because I think they were just trying to stall until the 60 days was up. I also filed a report with the Attorney General in Pa.
