Well, 7 years later ,after winning approval all by myself, I get a letter from SSi stating that they will be with holding my entire monthly checks for 4 months due to them "over paying me." B&B petitioned SSi for payment claiming that they were owed over $4000 for the paper work that they did in the 30 days before I fired them! Thank God I knew enough to appeal this decision and still had all the paper work to prove my appeal. I called B&B and after much arguing they changed the amount wanted from me to $1,400.I had to appeal this decision as well. For a law firm that says they have the disabled best interest in mind, They sure fought hard to take my only source of income for doing nothing more than complicating my case.
