I failed to call in 14 days to let them know I did not want another bottle of the Anti-Wrinkle Serum. I noticed $84+ was charged to my credit card last month. I thought I was getting a sample bottle. It was a 1 oz. bottle. It wouldn't hardly pump, so I had to unscrew the top and pound my hand to get anything out. I may have used it 5 times. Usually a sample is a sample. I ordered this expecting a sample. Now I find out they charged me $84 for that sample. The bottle shown on the advertisement doesn't look like the bottle I received.

When I called today, they told me that they had charged my credit card again, which is what I expected they were going to do, because this is the way they do people. I originally wasn't planning on purchasing this product. I kept receiving a notice stating I had a free $1,000 gift card from Walmart or Target. I finally gave in and checked it out. You had to answer a zillion questions and then it kept trying to sell me stuff. I thought maybe if I ordered something, I could complete the for. So I thought I will try this, I will only be out $2.95. Well, that didn't happen. When I called today, they said they could not refund the 1st payment and that the second shipment had been sent and my credit card had been charged again. I told her I was probably one of the most patient person on this planet, but this was wrong. I told her I would refuse the next box and asked her to remove the charges today. She said if I refused, it would take longer to track the package and therefore take longer to get my money back. I was driving and she said "I have a tracking # for you, can you write it down." I told her I was driving and I could not. She said I needed this number, so I was at a traffic light, I found a piece of paper and wrote the number down and hung up.

You know, this happened to me a long time ago, the exact same thing! I specifically read the Terms and Agreement. I honestly don't know if my intention was to cancel in 14 days and forgot or if I misread the information. My brother-in-law was killed in a car accident , not long after I received the product, so my mind is not recollecting what exactly I was thinking. My problem is:If I had to pay the $84+ for this product, then I was ripped off. The way they word " sample" is misleading and if what I received is what they consider a normal size, then they are making a killing off people.
