This job has fun individuals to work with and you do learn a lot lab out sales and people skills, things that you can carry to any job in the work force.

the downside of this job is although you do learn valuable skills of you don't make management then you basically wasted your time cause you leave the company with nothing. Also when trying to look for another job employers will pass you over and go with other candidates because they will look down on your door to door experience. Especially if you try to go get another sales job that has benefits and pays well, although you will be able to do the job the employer won't think your sales experience is sufficient enough and will not give you a chance.

working for a company like bk business consulting hinders you while looking for good jobs in a career after bk business if you don't make management.

also employers will not recognize the name so your resume will not carry any weight.

if you can make management which is near impossible in greenville then this can be the opportunity for you but if you can't make management don't stick around doing this job wasting your time cause the longer you stick around it will hinder you from other opportunities.

just to let anyone know, nobody in bk business consulting or the other office it's partnered with has been promoted to management and nobody will get promoted.

too many credit fails and territories are too far away that it causes you to spend so much money on gas, nobody is going to stick around for this and this is what makes building a team so hard. You will do nothing but spin your wheels here and get no where, there are other opportunities just as good and much more fair to obtain.

Not a Scam

To correct those accusations, first off your conculsions at bkb are unfound. Known fact 1: the owner does Not sleep with the admin, it is a known fact that the admin is happily engaged, as well as the owner does Not sleep with any of his employees. Fact 2: the Assis. Manager does not sleep with any other co-workers. In-office relationships are heavily restricted. Also the owner lives by himself, not with any employees or family, i don't know how you decided to come up with those theories.

I'm sorry if you had any misconceptions of in-house dating, but you are completly wrong.

Point 2: The cancel reports are available to anyone who puts in a request to view them, there is no scamming anyone out of their hardworking money.

Point 3: Not soley commesion based, there is a choice of which payment route you can go, most people go full commision so as to not be capped out at a limit. As to you working "free" you get paid for the sales you make, if you do not make a sale, well you do not get paid for it, one can not simply get paid for not getting the job done. Also 70 hrs??  its 45 hours at most, if you put in all the hours required.

Simply put, it is a traditional sales job akin to vector or insurance sales. You visit potential clients, make a sale, and get paid weekly for it. If you have good managing skills with time and money, you can make it work accordingly.

If you had a bad experience for some unknown reason, you should submit a report to HR,  not slander the company with lies to make yourself feel better, just offer the pros and cons and move on.

I must point out that if you did work there for a year, then why didn't you quit way earlier if the job was 'just so terrible' , it means you made good money, you enjoyed it, and for some reason you decided to quit or got fired, and made this false report.

A side note to other employees who are good heartedly rebuttling this or other bad reports, i would just post your pros and cons, not try and figure out who the ex employees are; and not give them the attention they seek.

Of course your a female why would a male complain about people sleeping together with each other, sounds like you are mad that you aren't working there anymore.

Well if you worked there for a year then why did you stay somewhere where your checks were 200 per week for a year, sounds like you should have nothing to complain about. Just common sense would tell me that if I were at a job for a year I should know what's going on good or bad, and if bad things are going on within the office then it's my own fault for staying that long to put up with it.
