Brazos River Bend, Inc. Horseshoe Bend Estates They tried to charge us 25,000 Dollars for 4,000 Square feet of property that only apprairsed at 1,500 dollars. Price gouging! Weatherford Texas

My wife was laid off from work so we bought an R.V. to live in. Our kids had to go live with their grangparents.
So, we went to go look at some property that we could put our R.V. on. At that time the Brazos River Bend Inc. company quoted us 25,000 dollars for 4,000 square feet of property. Later after checking with the Parker County Texas appraisal district.

My wife and I found out that just four months ago the property only appraised at $1,500. (Market Value)
These people take advantage of potential buyers and try to rip them off.

Please investigate this matter. My wife and I feel that if buisinesses get into trouble on price gouging gasoline that surely their should be some consiquinces for companies that rip you off when trying to make life long descisions.
