I ordered a free 7 day trial from the company burnfat2 in May. I approved nothing else other than the $1.99 shipping charge. I then received a package in the mail 2 week later with 2 bottles of the product that I never ordered and my account was charged 97.41.
I never ordered the product and I never approved the charge. I got the number for the company on-line. 1-866-370-7271. I called and talked to a man explaining that I did not order this product and there must be some mistake. He told me to return the product and they would issue me a refund when they received it.
Needless to say, I call everyday.... and everyday I get the same thing. Their computers are being updated but they would pass along my concern to the coorporate office and they will call me back. Nobody ever calls back.
I called again yesterday 6-13-06 and to my amazement their phone is no longer in service. I then really started my investigation.... If you have not cancelled your credit card... DO IT FAST... they will keep charging your card.
Call Glen at the Utah department of cunsumer protection. Glen is the investigator. This company has 800 complaints of fraud agaist them. They have been sued by the state and fined big time.
