Thanks to other misfortunate consumers, like myself for alerting me on this scam! I received my letter this morning, detailing all of what was in store for me as soon as I activated my $6,500.00 credit line card. Not bad, had the card in my hand and ready to call for activatation.

But, before doing that I remembered not seeing any information about getting a catalog or a web address to check and see if there was merchandise worth me even activating the card. The only thing that makes this such a problem and hard to get out is, they pretty much do tell you of the fees and other misc. charges that you will encrue, That and anybody who asks for a checking acct. number, etc.. is somebody to stay away from. Unless, it is like for your car payment or a reputable bill collecter (utilities). I guess anyone that sees that they are eligible for over six thousand dollar credit line would get excited, even me. The thing I found over the past is, "READ THE FINE PRINT", not just what is in Bold, large font!

Back to my b***h. I figured I would run an internet search for the company and check thier merchandise and pulled up the Rip Off Reports. Not even a web-site for them. Any company these days that will give someone a credit line this large and are reputable, will have a web-site. So after reading these reports, you can bet that I'll not activate there card.

For anyone that does not take the advice of these reports, feel free to send me a few hundred dollars. There is nothing different.

I say we all go to Vegas and Torch the garage these people are operating out of, then f***ing hang them and hide every dollar lost to them out of thier a*s's.

Already cut my card!!! Please do the same, Thank You!

CCS FIRST NATIONAL MERCHANT CARD RIPOFF!!!

AUTHOR: Stephanie - ()

POSTED: Monday, October 14, 2002

Ok first off when I recieved the 6500.00 credit limit card I was so excited that I didnt even hesitate to call and activate the card. When I called I talked to some women and she kept me on the phone for 35 minutes even when I told her I had to go. She said that there was a 199.99 membership fee and I gave her all the required info. I didnt think it was a big deal because i have heard of security deposits that are more than that.

Well anyways I put off the activation fee for one month. THen when the one month approached I decided to get online and this is what i found so I called and called. Noone answered. So I wrote them a letter a week in advance and didnt hear anything back so I went ahead and closed my account. THese people are scams. Why else would they have you WRITE them instead of calling them to cancel?? Please be aware of this fraudulant company.
