The audio visual company, CCS Presentation Systems in Austin, Texas has the poorest customer service I have ever encountered.

Their salesperson, Jeff Peterson, is only after the holy dollar and couldn't care less about any budget you are trying to follow and specs in equipment you don't need.
You want a service contract? They'll sign you up for one and take your money but forget about any follow-up or service.

The only person who seemed to care about our needs and concerns was the programmer, Jason, who we later learned doesn't even work for them but was subcontracted out. Too bad we don't know his information or we would call him direct for all future jobs.

I am the GM for CCS and am sorry about your experience. The representative in question is no longer employed with our company. We have received a total of 3 customers (you included) with a similar experience with our company in 10+ years of operation. I am certain that you will find a completely different experience utilizing a different CCS company representative. In fact I would prefer you work directly with me. Please contact us to let us know how we might be able to remedy the situation.
