This accusation is written by Robin Hollingsworth. 18 horses owned by Second Wind

Adoption Program were adopted by Robin Hollingsworth (she has a long list of

aliass Paula Hall, Paula A. Hall, Robin Bordel, Robin H. Osborne, Robin

Hollingsworth Osborne, Robin Balsinger) of 493 Pierce Road, Landrum, SC now

living in Blacksburg, SC. 

                       

Robin sold all the horses we owned and had no right to sell them according to our no sale

adoption contract. She targeted several other adoption programs adopting many

horses and selling them all or getting horses for free and lying about their

capabilities and sold them as sound young horses when many were older crippled

light use horses that were not supposed to be ridden ever again, thereby

putting the buyers in danger. 



She was arrested three times when the buyers were found. 8 horses owned by Second Wind

were sold by her and lost forever, we were able to recover the other 11 from

the people she sold them to; only three would file criminal complaints against

her for selling horses she did not own and for taking money under false

pretenses because they thought she was crazy and would hurt them, their family

and other horses.



When Second Wind found out she was selling horses they owned, we did a complete

background check on Robin Hollingsworth and months of research on her

operations and this is what we found:



-She made continued false statements to Second Wind about

her personal situation and the horses. In fact, she had buyers standing at her

farm when Second Winds horses arrived at her barn to buy the horses we own. She

tried to tell people that she made a deal with Celeita but no horses have been

sold or ownership released for resale ever in its 16 year history and if that

was the case why did Celeita go after her for all those horses, 18 horses that

she signed an adoption contract for that were sold by Robin.



-She attempted to sell SWAP horses using sell local barns

and/or trainers, she lied to her friends and family and buyers about where the

horses came from. She also changed ages and breeds on several horses in order

to sell them for more. She changed a national government USDA form the coggins

of several horses to hide the paper trail. She lied about the ages to buyers by

as much as 14 years younger than the horse actually was. She lied to buyers

saying one horse was an Olympic show jumper and the horse had a fractured

pelvic bone and was never jumped or trained to jump. Every horse, their age and

condition was lied about by Robin to be able to sell horses, sell them for more

and sell them quickly.



-We found that she was preparing to sell one of our

horses to slaughter when she realized she could not sell it by lying to the

buyers



-She made numerous false statements about Second Wind to

donors and donors trainers.



-She attempted to make null and void a donation of a

horse already donated to SWAP for your own personal gain and potential sale.

She lied to the donor pretending to be our barn manager and telling the owners

that Second Wind wanted the horse to go to her to be fostered. The horse was an

extensively trained warmblood and show jumper that she knew she could sell for

a lot of money.



-She made false statements all the way through her

adoption application, in fact we found nearly 25 false statements she told on

her adoption application. She made false statements about having a horse show judges

card, she has no judges card and never has.



-She made false statements about her family, her riding

experience, her business, even made up a brother in law and pretended to be him

on line in order to try to get more horses from Second Wind. She pretended to

be someone else for over 6 months using false names and a person who does not

exist to try to adopt more horses for free or cheap. Her husband DeeDee Bordel

said he did not have any brothers, only sisters and nothing she had wrote to us

for 6 months was not true and from a person who did not exist. Mr. Bordel later

divorced Ms. Hollingsworth.



-She made false statements about having a Phd. From North

Carolina State, and she never even had an under graduate degree from any

college. She was also fired from BMW in Spartensburg for the same reason. She

then attempted to sue them for discrimination and kept them in the courts for

years. She lost both the lawsuit and the appeal.



-She made false statements about having cancer to us and

to numerous people and to the courts when she was being sued. She has never had

cancer.



-Falsification of Robin Hollingsworth SWAP Adoption

Application in the following areas:



    -Over inflation of her spouse's salary by 40k



    -Falsification of her marital situation



    -She made false statements about not having filed bankruptcy, and she filed one in 2002



    -She made false statements about owning the farm at 493 and 500 Pierce Road in Landrum, we found the owner and he had her in court for a year and a half trying to evict her for not paying her

$2000.  Per month rent. He was finally able to evict her, suing her for all the money he lost in back rent. 



    -She made false statements about her financial situation and about prior judgments against her.  She has been sued many times by people that she cheated in horse sales, from selling boarders horses, cheating partners, selling partners horses, falsifying vet checks and selling a horse with a

crushed bone as a jumping horse and the vet check had said the horse should not

be ridden at all, hiding horses from owners, pretending to be other people during sales.  No one has ever been paid on the judgments they have some and some of the judgments have been for tens of thousands of dollars because she does not have any assets in her name. She has been sued several times over horse sales, truck sales, trailer sales and home rentals and lost every time.



    -She had prior felony charges, past jail time and not informing this program that she was on

house arrest when she adopted from Second Wind. (11 felonies for fraud using false names and false social security numbers to obtain loans valued for tens of thousands of dollars). She had additional arrests for selling many more horses she did not own. She was telling buyers that her house arrest ankle bracelet was a new form of cancer therapy. Proof of this is in the SC and federal court and pacer records



   -She had been cheating people out of horses for years or telling owners who were giving companion

horses away and horses that could no longer be ridden that she would give them a great home for life and then immediately turned around and sold the horse for loads of money saying they were young and sound. She was sued by a girl that had cancer and was in remission and she gave a very expensive horse for free she was trying to sell for thousands of dollars and Robin told her she had

cancer and the horse would be her therapy and last horse, would be used to get her better. Robin sold the horse as soon as she got it. 



These horses were donated us by their original owner for the purpose of finding them

a quality life long home. The donor fills out a donor form that does nothing

but gives ownership of the horse to Second Wind Adoption Program and does not

say a thing about Second Winds Tax status or anything about a donation for a

write off. Robin would not know anything about our administrative structure or

tax status because she had nothing to do with our program. The fact is that

99.9% of all horse donors do not care about a write off, they cant keep the

horse, dont want the horse and are happy that Second Wind is there to find the

horse a home because Second Wind screens the home and makes sure its a quality

home for life, then tracks the home getting annual updates on horses in their

homes for the rest of their life. 



Robins adoption application and contracts shows we maintain ownership of all the

horses (as per the first page of each adoption contract, the first paragraph

under transfer of the adopted animal), that the adoption contract is only an

agreement of possession, not ownership. Robins complete forms can be produced

at any time for review and all the background information of how she sold the

horses she did not own. 



Robin is libeling Second Wind and Celeita because they went after Robin for all the

things she had done to them, their horses and went to the authorities to file

criminal complaints that showed over 20 years of cheating people frauding

people with horse, truck, trailer sales and farm rentals. We suspect the

Comstock Farm, Inc is not and never has been licensed and she either had not

paid taxes or not paid taxes on all she has made for the last 30 years. Crossed

Sabers Stable has been licensed since its inception in 1996. 



Celeita was the key witness in Robins Grand Jury, when Robin found out Celeita was

coming to testify she called Celeita to try to bribe her to keep her from

coming. As soon as Robin found out Celeita and Second Wind wanted to see her

put in jail where she belonged, Robin went in to the prosecutor and made a deal

and all they made her do was pay back the money that she took from the buyers

of our horses but they never charged her for 8 horses that were never found and

all the other horses because the buyers would not testify or file complaints

because of fear of Robin. Since the grand jury she has continued to be on

probation and has continued to cheat people all over the east coast, taking

their horses, promising to keep them forever and selling them, buying horses,

horse trailers and never paying for them, selling them and then being sued by

past owners but the horses and trailers are long gone and nothing else is in

her name. Celeitas subpoena for Robins criminal grand jury is attached. 



I've known Celeita for 30 years and Crossed Sabers / Second Wind for 16 years and have adopted and donated to them. I have been on her farm, volunteered for years and know the quality care she gives to

all the animals.



She works for the horses, not people. She testifies against criminals cheating

people by selling horses and lying about them, she goes in with many sheriffs

into neglect cases to remove starved horses and testifies against them in

courts of law, she has to remove horses that are being starved by people, she

makes criminal complaints against people hurting horses and small animals. She

also has to tell people no to their adoption applications when they are

dishonest on their application and all these things make people mad. She's been

operating for 16 years in this capacity so tell me if all these things were

true, why has she not been arrested, investigated, charged, or even sued by

people that she suppposedly cheated. She's never had any of those things

happen, she has no record atall. She has even had to fire volunteers and employees who has hurt horses and when she finds out they do not care about the animals but are only there

for 'whats in it for them'. She is against slaughtering horses and our pets

and pro-slaughter advocates lie about her too because they know she hurts their

business is selling horses and cheating people and sending horses to slaughter

just to make money. She has also been an expert witness on many horse cases for

personal injury making defendants mad that she has proved they were unsafe and

put people's life at risk by bad horse management. She has been the key witness

in several grand jury cases where people were frauded by a conartist having to

do with horse sales and Celeita again, helped put them in jail. These are

people that have cheated people and hurt horses and Celeita helped put them in

jail and they are mad about it. If they really had a case, why don't they sue

her? That is what people do when they have a real case. You see, they don't

because they are wrong and lying about a woman and a program that has put over

2000 horses into homes and over 500 small animals and tracked them for life in

their homes.



In reality Celeita is a 23 year veteran as an Army officer and helicopter test

pilot, and with a glowing military record. She is a military hero using a

helicopter to save lives, she has numerous military and civilian awards, she is

in the Womens Military museum in Washington, DC, she was in the Smithsonian

institutes display on Women in Aviation, she was the youngest woman to ever be

inducted into the WV Womens Hall of Fame, She has been named Woman of the Year,

one of the most outstanding American Women, one of the 5000 most outstanding

want Celeita to go away and close down, why? Because they know people like

Celeita stands for something, for the right, the truth, for caring for horses

and not lying and cheating others for money and when you stand for something,

you do end up having bad people that do not like you. The horse industry needs

someone like Celeita, she goes out of her way to educated adopters and all

horse owners about horses and about these bad people that are out to cheat

others in order to make money. See the truth, she is experienced, educated and

focused on helping horses. No horse trader watches their horses in their homes

for years, horse traders takes your money and disappears. She is always

following up to make sure they are okay, always accepting them back if people

cannot keep them, no matter the age or condition of the horse and many times

they come back to her in horrible condition and she takes them all in, gets

them healthy which costs hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars with her high

level of care. These people should be sued for liable and for all the damages

they have done to Celeita and her program because these bad people have hurt

their work and hurt how much they can help horses, in fact Second Wind is close

to closing down because of these on line lies. For years, we have all tried to

convince Celeita to sue them for the millions this program has lost because of

these lies, she does not want to. why? Because she is concerned about how much

time it will take away from helping horses and small animals that need help,

because of the number of horses that will be slaughtered and the number of dogs

that will die in a shelter during that time. Even after all these crazy lies,

she is still focused on helping the animals that need her. Don't listen to

liars and to career criminals, to con-artists that make a career out of hurting

people and horses. See the facts, reading these complaints are like reading the Enquirer and believing it to be true. To know if something is true, you also have to know the person that is making the report and why. Robin Hollingsworth is trying to ruin an upstanding rescue and military veteran because they caught her commiting a crime and reported her, got her arrested several times.
