I have to wonder why this trucking company and for that matter all trucking companies, have not focused on the quality of life issues associated with trucking? It certainly appears that there are a ton of applicants and if CR England would look at how they treat their orientation attendees and drivers, they would retain more of both and save costs on the orientation. I know that is an oversimplified statement, but is carries weight. Why put the orientation attendees through hell and expect to keep them? Why push a culture that is known industry wide as the worst in the industry? Why not re-create the company image and actually become a place worth staying?
Any driver worth their own sanity needs to stay away from this company. Do not under any circumstances sign with this company. Do not go to their orientation. Do not buy into their recruiters pitch. If you are smart enough to search the internet first before signing with this company, you will save yourself a load of heartache and despair. It is easily the most corrupt trucking company out there. Look at this web-site and others. They are crooks and know it. Ask yourself why they have to hire so many drivers every week? Turnover.
