Car Credit America - Jd Byrider car credit america and greenwich finance didn't follow through on their end and put me through heel Waukegan, illinois

I purchased a car with What was known as J D Byrider at first, they treat me fairly nice. But when I went in to swap out my car they over charged me for the second car, and my finance charges was still high -- they told me they would go down if I purchased another car from them. I moved out of the city of waukegan to springfield Illinois.

Once I was in springfield for about a year the car start acting up. I had it check out at a local mechanic, and they told me what was wrong with the car. Made arrangement to take the car back to them in mid July. They won't fix the car in the time that I said I would be in town and they would not give me a loan to pay for the repairs. It cost me $350 for the work they did not complete. I called them in August and let them know that the work I asked them to do was not complete.

I stay in contact with they in order to get the repairs fix in springfeild and they gave me the run around. Then in September I tried trading the car in to get a new one and no one would touch it, for one I still owed to much on the car and for two it was not even worth $1000. I even tried trade the car back in to JD Byrider and they said they were no long affliated with car credit america. I tried talking to them in order to get the balance of the car brought down.

I asked them to come and get the car as a voluntary repression. They car is still to this day in my drive way. It will cost me $1500 dollars to get it fix -- the work they should have done through the warranty that they gave me.

I even tried paying them off through a debt solutions program and they would not take the money. I feel that they owe me the balance of the car because its just a big headache and it has ruined my credit and my future plans at owning my own home.
