CDRA is still in business and Paul Loukedes is still ripping off people $20.00 at a time.
We got the same letter as reported in detail by others last year; $3,900,622.00 to claim, on form "W-915", with fake raised seal, and punched area.
If you respond to this very official one-page offer, all you will get is a list of sweepstakes offers to enter. Then you have approximately the same chance of winning one of them as you do getting struck by lightening. Given that their PO box for replying to them is in Las Vegas, Nevada, their company is probably doing business legally. I took mine to the Post Office and filed a mail fraud claim anyway.
