I did do some checking on the laws in california since they are licensed here. And under the lenders law they conveniently loand me 25.00 extra so that they can charge the 99.23% interest rate. If they had only loaned me 2500.00 the rate would have to be decreased.
They are a complete rip off and take advantage of those of us who are in need. Anyone have suggestions on how to stop this unsecured loan. By the way they tell you on the phone that it is a payday loan. What a crock
