CashCall Inc. Harrassed and ticked off Anaheim Internet

A year ago I needed a loan and called Cashcall and received a loan for 2525.00. I went to pay the loan off and found out that I have only paid 20.00 towards my principal. I have been paying this for over a year now. I ran into some trouble in paying and requested an extentension. This came around and I did not have the money for it. I informed them that I could probably pay on the 30th of the month. they have been calling me on a daily basis and now I no longer answer my phone.

I did do some checking on the laws in california since they are licensed here. And under the lenders law they conveniently loand me 25.00 extra so that they can charge the 99.23% interest rate. If they had only loaned me 2500.00 the rate would have to be decreased.

They are a complete rip off and take advantage of those of us who are in need. Anyone have suggestions on how to stop this unsecured loan. By the way they tell you on the phone that it is a payday loan. What a crock
