On January 20th, 2008 I purchased a Samsung F210 cell phone from this company. The funds were transferred from Paypal. It is now March 20th, 2008 and i have yet to receive my cell phone. I have written hundreds of emails and left numerous messages on their answering service.
After reading numerous complaints about the company and their association with Ebay and Paypal, these two giant internet companies have refused to help in any way. Cellpoint, originally sent me emails saying the phone is on back order and that their shipper sent them the wrong phone. In actuality they were stalling because Paypal has a 40 or 45 day window to file a complaint. After this deadline they refuse to do anything. I feel helpless and i am willing to take part in legal action against Cellpoint, Ebay and Paypal is someone is willing to help.
