Cingular/ AT&T- Nationwide Recovery System (collection Agency) I was on Disability & tried to negotiate a Past-due-Bill, only to have NRS (Collection Agency) totally disrespect and verbally-insult me throughout our phone-conversations. Continued their harassment on a daily-basis, but refuse to work out anykind of payment arrangement with me. Anaheim Hills California

AT&T knows that using such (Collection Agencies) as Nationwide Recovery System and their (Rude & Aggressive Tactics) will lead to more problems for those who may default on their contract-agreements, which allows them to collect more money through legal-channels. They have no-intent of trying to collect only the balance-owed, they hire these types of (Collection Agencies) to offend you and piss-U-off knowing that you will ignore their attempts to contact you. Now comes the (Legal Process) which is going to cost you even more money added to your original balance. I tried discussing the issues with AT&T as-well as Nationwide Recovery System, willing to resolve my past-due-account. Only to be treated like somekind of (Low-Life Human Being) who had chose to rip-off AT&T for a cell-phone service. I will never get involved with AT&T again, they are the biggest (Rip-Off Company) in the business. You will be charged for calls you didn't make, they did not honor my Rollover-minutes, and they will never correct any problems that you have with your billing. The only thing that you will have to look forward to is being ripped-off. Warning!, those who may choose to do business with AT&T, bend-over now.
